Forget-me-not blue

forget- me- not blue
delicate silk stitched
by my open window
in early spring
gathered pleats fold
as outside  sparrows argue
over this and that
emerging blooms of hyacinths
scent  my dappled sun lit garden
as catkins wave
pollen cascades
to a promise of bees
i stare  distant horizions
watching the rain clouds
gathering dark.

  3. I like the (blue) floral references here, and the feeling of Spring getting near, despite the gathering rainstorm.
