i am breathing
in the blue
as i sing
the song of songs
my echo ripples for miles
causing whale and porpoise
to turn a quizzical head
in my direction
and respond
with fins and tails
as they
sway and splash with delight
that i have come home.
This is my take on the prompt from tess at magpie tales..this is the 100th..congrats Tess!!

Homecoming is a good feeling...
ReplyDeleteDolphins are always a delight to see, especially in the wild. I've been intrigued by them since I was a child.
